4.3 Product pricing
As many Products are imported from outside the European Union at the request of Customers, prices are displayed in Euros excluding taxes (excluding VAT and customs duties), unless otherwise stated. Prices are specified on product pages and on the order page, excluding shipping fees.
Product prices do not include import VAT, import taxes, or customs duties, which must be paid separately by the Customer, who is responsible for these charges as the recipient of the Product.
Product prices do not include packaging, handling, shipping, transport, insurance, or delivery costs.
4.4 Payment of taxes
The Customer is solely responsible for declaring and paying import VAT during customs clearance. This tax is not handled by the Company and cannot be refunded by it.
For all products shipped outside the European Union and/or overseas territories, prices are automatically calculated excluding taxes. Customs duties or other local taxes may apply. The Company has no control over these charges.
