ARTICLE 1 – PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you make a purchase from our store, as part of our buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, which allows us to obtain more details about the browser and operating system you are using.

ARTICLE 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Payment:
If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your order. Once your order is complete, your transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with PCI-DSS standards, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

ARTICLE 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.

Marketing text and notifications (if applicable): We value your privacy and the information you consent to share as part of our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you SMS notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders), SMS marketing offers, and transactional messages, including review requests. Our website uses cookies to track the items you place in your cart, including when you have abandoned your checkout. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
You can unsubscribe from any further text messages by clicking the unsubscribe link. Sending text messages or using automations requires that you provide recipient phone numbers or names to our importer. We will store and use this data to show you campaign analytics and results, including delivery status, sending status, and in some cases whether a purchase resulted in a sale. If you choose to use our link shortener in text messages, we will collect information on whether the link was clicked and use it to display results in your analytics. Any other third-party services you may choose to use outside the scope of smsbump.com (third-party link shortener, GA tracking, etc.) will be subject to their respective privacy policies, which you must accept. When sending text messages, we will transmit the data to our messaging operator to carry out delivery. Information is only shared with our operator at the time a marketing campaign is initiated. If your recipients no longer wish to receive messages, they must reply STOP or contact us at the email address below so we can successfully unsubscribe them.
ARTICLE 6 – SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed improperly.
If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using SSL technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry-recognized standards.
COOKIES
Here is a list of cookies we use. We have listed them here so you can choose whether you want to allow them or not.
_session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
_shopify_visit, no data held, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracking system to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires at midnight (depending on visitor location) the next day. Calculates the number of visits to a store per unique customer.
cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, unique session identifier
storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, used to determine if the current visitor has access.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this website.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
